Administrative Assistant

Three Words That Describe JenniferJenniferBeery

Friendly, Caring, Light-hearted

As the Administrative Assistant for Life Counseling Solutions, Jennifer assists clients with scheduling appointments and ensuring their comfort and privacy when they arrive at our office.  Upon leaving, Jennifer assists with processing clients’ payment for services and scheduling of future appointments.  Additionally, Jennifer provides marketing support for Life Counseling Solutions and each of our therapists.

Jennifer realized in early 2011 that she was ready to pursue a new career that was in-line with her passion for health and nutrition.  She recognizes people of all ages and background could benefit from nutrition education, planning, and support in order to reduce one’s risk of developing chronic illnesses and help them live the life they have always dreamed of.  Jennifer is currently enrolled at Keiser University in the Dietetics and Nutrition program and will graduate in March of 2014 upon which she will sit for the Registered Dietitian board exam.  She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Marketing from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and worked in the banking and financial services industries before deciding to make a career change. Jennifer hopes to one day have her own practice providing families with comprehensive nutritional counseling and support in order to achieve their optimum health.

Jennifer is a member of the Orlando Dietetics Association and serves as the Student Issues Chairwoman, is a member of the Florida Dietetics Association, and the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.  In 2013, Jennifer was nominated for a position on the Student Advisory Council of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.  She is also a member of Keiser University’s Leadership of Distinction and Honor Roll.

She has volunteered with the Howard Phillips Foundation providing nutrition education for at-risk teens as part of the Teen Xpress program and has also conducted volunteer nutrition education at Leland Family Ministries, a faith-based addiction education and recovery resource center.
