I guide clients to create a life map, allowing them to separate life events from emotions and identify core childhood wounds and limiting beliefs.
2 INNER WORK
This pillar focuses on addressing relationship trauma and understanding how significant childhood roles impact adult relationships. We explore the five main wounds: abandonment, abuse, betrayal, rejection, and shame.
Our bodies retain memories of trauma, affecting our biology, thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. To heal, we incorporate practices like cold therapy, yoga, breathwork, meditation, and more to regulate the autonomic nervous system and promote overall well-being.
